FREE Economy Delivery
We will select the most cost effective delivery option to your destination. Please be aware delivery times may take up to 21 working days in the UK and up to 28 working days internationally, however most orders do arrive a lot quicker.
Internet orders will be sent without the retail packaging by default in order to keep costs low and enable us to offer free delivery. This also helps us comply with our Eco Policy. If you would like the Retail Packaging or a Gift Box, these options may be selected when ordering for an additional cost.
1st Class Delivery
Your order will be sent First Class or equivalent. Delivery times may vary but typically your order will arrive within 3 to 5 working days in the UK and within 14 working days Internationally. Internet orders will be sent without the retail packaging by default. This helps us comply with our Eco Policy. If you would like the Retail Packaging or a Gift Box, these options may be selected when ordering for an additional cost.
1st Class Recorded Delivery
Your order will be sent First Class Recorded or equivalent Signed For option. When selecting your delivery address please make sure someone is available to sign for your order. If you select this option then your order jumps to the front of the queue and leaves on the next available postal run. This is not a guaranteed next day delivery service but most orders will arrive next day in the UK and is a great option if you need your order in a hurry.

If you have ordered using a voucher or discount code please note the individual terms and conditions of your voucher in terms of expected delivery times.
Delivery Process
Once you place your order you will receive an order confirmation email. Once your item is shipped you will receive a Shipping Confirmation email. Sometimes the Shipping Confirmation email is sent the following working day and in some cases you will receive this email the day your order arrives.
While most items arrive with our customers very promptly, Royal Mail delays do occasionally happen. For First Class and First Class Recorded Deliveries we ask you to wait for a period of 15 working days for UK deliveries, and 24 working days for overseas deliveries. For Free Economy Delivery we ask you to wait for a period of 21 working days for UK deliveries, and 28 working days for overseas deliveries before contacting us to report a missing delivery. Larger orders (generally anything over 2kg) are sent via courier and should arrive within a few working days maximum for mainland UK deliveries.
For UK residents: If you find that your item has not arrived after 7 working days please contact your local sorting/delivery office to see if it is being held there, as your package may be too large to go through your letter box, and a card may not have been left (which is quite common).
