Direct purchases - the product can be worn risk free for 30 days and can be returned anytime within that period with original packaging and in an undamaged condition. Proof of purchase is required for a full refund.

100 Day Warranty Against Manufacturer Defect
If any Ionic Balance Band is found to be defective within 100 days of purchase, return the product to Ionic Balance with the proof of purchase, and we will gladly exchange it. You will receive a brand new replacement of the same colour and size. Please be aware that you must include £1.95 shipping and handling fee. This can be paid online, by telephone or by cheque or postal order made out to "Ionic Balance".

Returning the Wrong Size
If you ordered the wrong size and would like to replace it for an alternative size, you must return the product within 5 working days with the original packaging and enclose £1.95 for postage of the correct size.

How to make a return
- Product must be returned in its original packaging and is inspected on return. We reserve the right to refuse return if products are deliberately damaged or excessively worn.
- Include a brief written description of why you are returning the product and your order number if applicable.

It is your responsibility to provide proof of return. We do not accept liability for lost, damaged or undelivered items. We therefore recommend returning the goods through traceable means. Please note that if you are sending via the Royal Mail a LARGE 1st or 2nd Class stamp is required. Affixing the incorrect postage will delay your return by up to a week and you may be asked to cover the insufficient postage charge that we have to pay Royal Mail to release your package.
