Standard Delivery (UK Only)

Your order will be sent First Class or equivalent. Delivery times may vary but typically your order should arrive within 3 to 5 working days however may take up to 15 working days.

To help us comply with our Eco Policy orders will be sent without the retail packaging by default. If you would like the Retail Packaging or a Gift Box, these options may be selected when ordering for an additional cost.


International Standard Delivery

Delivery times may vary but typically your order will arrive within 3 to 5 working days in Europe and 5 to 7 working days to the rest of the world. Please note the mail service has up to 25 working days to deliver your parcel.

Delivery Process

Once you place your order you will receive an Order Confirmation email. Once your item is shipped you will receive a Shipping Confirmation email.

While most items arrive with our customers very promptly, Royal Mail delays do occasionally happen. For First Class and First Class Recorded Deliveries we ask you to wait for a period of 15 working days for UK deliveries, and 25 working days for overseas deliveries. For Economy Delivery we ask you to wait for a period of 21 working days for UK deliveries before contacting us to report a missing delivery. Larger orders (generally anything over 2kg) are sent via courier and should arrive within a few working days maximum for Mainland UK deliveries.

For UK residents: If you find that your item has not arrived after 7 working days please contact your local sorting/delivery office to see if it is being held there, as your package may be too large to go through your letter box, and a card may not have been left (which is quite common). Please note:

  • Although we endeavour to deliver your order within the above mentioned times, deliveries may be subject to third party delays.
  • We are unable to redirect orders once items have been dispatched.
  • If an item is out of stock, we will advise expected delivery date by email or telephone.
  • Our warehouse ships Monday through Friday.
  • Our warehouse is closed on Public Holidays.
  • All orders placed after 4pm will be shipped the next working day.

We endeavour to despatch all orders as quickly as possible as we want you to have your product just as much as you do!
