How tight you wear your Ionic Balance wristband is based on personal preference. Some people like a loose fit, others like it to fit snugly and not move during sports. Measure around your wrist using a piece of string or tape measure then purchase the size that is larger than your actual wrist size. If you like a loose bangle-like fit, choose appropriately.
