1 Year Warranty Against Manufacturer Defect
If any Ionic Balance Band* is found to be defective within 1 year of purchase, return the product to Ionic Balance with the proof of purchase, and we will gladly exchange it. You will receive a brand new replacement of the same colour and size. Claims against general wear and tear, failure to comply with product usage guidelines, misuse or accidental damage are considered as invalid claims.

Factory seconds are sold with the 30 Day Money Back Guarantee only as they will already have some sort of cosmetic defect which is reflected in the price. This does not affect your statutory rights.
Returning the Wrong Size
If you ordered the wrong size and would like to replace it for an alternative size, you must return the product within 5 working days with the original packaging
How to make a return
- Product must be returned in its original packaging and is inspected on return. We reserve the right to refuse return if products are deliberately damaged or excessively worn.
- Include a brief written description of why you are returning the product and your order number if applicable.

It is your responsibility to provide proof of return. We do not accept liability for lost, damaged or undelivered items. We therefore recommend returning the goods through traceable means. Please note that if you are sending via the Royal Mail a LARGE 1st or 2nd Class stamp is required. Affixing the incorrect postage will delay your return by up to a week and you may be asked to cover the insufficient postage charge that we have to pay Royal Mail to release your package.
